General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Cheressi Concepts e.K., Owner: Chris Moufarrej, Elisabethstr. 17, 40880 Ratingen, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "FROOD" or "we"). Status: July 2026.

§ 1 Scope of application

These GTC apply to all orders placed via the online shop shop.frood100.com.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order via the paid order button, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation by e-mail, at the latest upon delivery of the goods. The contract language is German.

§ 3 Prices and payment

All prices are in euros including the statutory value added tax, plus any shipping costs. The payment methods displayed in the ordering process (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) apply. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery takes place within Germany and to the countries selectable in the order process. Details on shipping costs and delivery times can be found in the shipping information.

§ 5 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies. For food products, the best-before date stated on the packaging must be observed.

§ 8 Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health as well as for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited in amount to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

§ 9 Consumer dispute resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 10 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state of their habitual residence.
